A Little About Me

My name is Garrett and I describe myself the following ways:

-I am innovation oriented!

I possess what some people refer to as the "gift of wonder." I'm that person in the room who always asks the questions, "Why?" and "What if?" "Why is our invoicing process like this? What if it were structured differently?" "What if we approached product ordering in a new way?" I tend to wonder about everything.

This mindset, combined with my innate desire to innovate, makes me an ideal candidate for roles in business process automation, data analytics, and in helping your company become better, smarter, more efficient, and the best version of itself.

-I'm an entrepreneur at heart and I bring that work ethic into every job I do.

When I was 10 years old, I can't say I was like many of the other kids.
While they were playing basketball and riding bikes, I was running around trying to convince them of my cool ideas, and that we should create a business around them. 

Yeah, friends were hard to come by (and qualified business partners even more-so).
But now, that same energy and prowess serve me well in my pursuits. I've started several companies of my own and have helped numerous employers expand their businesses through intelligent, customized business automation and scalable office tools. 

-I believe I can learn anything. 

When hired as the COO of the Oklahoma Catholic Radio Network, they were facing a challenging situation. Their previous COO and head engineer had decided to retire rather abruptly, leaving no one trained for the job. I jumped in and declared, "I can do that," a mentality I strive to maintain in my work. Due to travel limitations, we were only able to schedule two days of job training with the previous COO, yet I managed to take on the role and effectively tackle the immediate workload.

Clearly, I improved the longer I was there. But it stands as an example of why I can become an asset any any environment. My ability to learn quickly, intuit how things work, and teach myself has consistently brought value to my employers time and time again.
